As I procrastinated on grad school homework this morning, I mapped out our hotels. There are a couple we stay at for 2-3 nights, but mostly it will be one night, and we move on down the road. We have route maps for every day, but I like to have a general overview of where are going to be traveling. The hotel pictures look amazing, and I think we are going to be quite spoiled. Josh is packing up the bikes tonight, and we leave tomorrow morning. Big thanks to Josh’s mom, Nancy, for giving us a ride to the airport and staying with Trooper for the first week of our trip. I meant to ask Suzanne to teach me a few key German phrases, but time got away from me. This blog is mostly for ourselves to look back at as an online journal of our trip, but we hope you can get some enjoyment following along.
After running some last minute errands, we finally started packing up the bikes at 9pm. Josh was wishing we had more lights installed in the garage.
Time to get some sleep. I think we are pretty set to go, so we are hoping the morning can be a bit more leisurely.
