Objectives include growing and maintaining IMBA’s membership base and online e-commerce portal. Coordinate all member retention and acquisition efforts plus membership benefits, and manage the membership data of more than 200 IMBA chapters. Tactics and tools include a variety of creative direct marketing (direct mail, display advertising, email, event marketing, social media) and other communications to mountain bike enthusiasts. Also coordinate and create content for digital marketing platforms using Drupal-based website, CiviCRM and social media platforms.
