Coordinate all member retention and acquisition efforts plus membership benefits, and manage the membership data of more than 200 IMBA chapters. Tactics and tools include a variety of creative direct marketing (direct mail, display advertising, email, event marketing, social media) and other communications to mountain bike enthusiasts. Also coordinate and create content for digital marketing platforms using Drupal-based website, CiviCRM and social media platforms.

Plan and manage content creation of portfolio websites for small businesses in addition to educating clients on web-based marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and social media engagement.
